MillenniumScan is the first non-invasive Full
Body Screening center in the Washington DC area. During
a consultation, you are taken on a 3-Dimensional journey
of your inner body from your Brain to your Pelvis. The
difference between Millennium's full-body scan compared
to other centers', Millennium's is a complete scan of
the entire body. MillenniumScan Multislice CT includes a
3-D viewing of the Brain to check for Tumors, Aneurysms,
and pathology such as Stroke so it can be identified
while there is still time to optimize the treatment of
the patient. MillenniumScan offers virtual Colonoscopy, a
non-invasive procedure that checks for polyps in the
Colon. MillenniumScan's Screening will detect disease
before the critical point, allowing Early Detection,
which results in Early Prevention. Here are some of the
diseases a Full Body Scan can detect:
|
Emphysema
Heart disease
Vascular Disease
Prostate Disease
Ovarian Disease
|
|
Endocrine Disease
Kidney and Gall Stones
Benign and Malignant Tumors
Aneurysms
Brain Disease |

Your
computerized 3-D journey will start in your Brain and go
all the way to your Pelvis. This journey will include
viewing:
Your heart and its
arteries to identify microscopic
amounts of calcification.
Your lungs to show the
earliest stages of smoke damage, emphysema or signs of
lung cancer.
The journey
will continue to your internal organs detecting small tumors,
stones, and cysts.
The scan
will also reveal any Aneurysms in the abdomen, brain and
chest cavities.
Thyroid
disease
Uterine,
Prostate, and Ovarian disease
MillenniumScan enhances the Annual Physical into the 21st Century.
The MillenniumScan screening complements the annual
physical. Millenniums Early Detection/Early prevention
can uncover life-threatening diseases not detectable
during your annual physical. This allows for treatment
that is less costly and less invasive. The results from
your screening are stored in our Database, so we can
access your current health into the future. This
tracking will allow you and your Doctor to manage the
disease in order to alter or reverse its course.
